Prizm Financial Group

Our Team

Stacie Leake

My reason for this career path was quite personal: I saw that many members of my own family, as well as friends, were not getting the kind of help they needed to plan financially for the future. I was confident that with my understanding of personal finance, coupled with my training as a financial professional, I could help people better prepare for the future.

I graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA and Cal State San Bernardino with an MBA in Finance. I am the Founder and CEO and have a Series 65 license and insurance licenses for Life, Health and Variable Annuities. I offer clients advisory, financial planning and insurance services as an Investment Advisor Representative with Financial Advocated Investment Management.

After over 20 years in the business, I have developed a reputation for educating individuals in an easy-to-understand manner so they can grasp personal finance ideas and use those concepts to pursue their financial objectives.

I live in Rancho Cucamonga with my husband David and children, Erik and Megan. In our spare time, we enjoy cooking, gardening and golf. We have been members of Grace Church of La Verne for many years, sit on the Board of Directors for Operation New Hope in Ontario, and feel a commitment to our community.

Joelle Cracker

Joelle joined Financial Advocates in 2013 as a Virtual Assistant to LPL Financial Advisors. She has over 3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant in LPL Financial Advisor's office. She brings with her a vast knowledge of various LPL systems and paperwork along with experience that will help us provide great support to our Virtual Assistant Clients. Joelle lives in Tumwater, Washington and enjoys running, gardening, going to Lake Cushman, and spending time at the Olympia waterfront with her 9 year old son, Collin, and English Bulldog, Oly.

Megan Leake

Megan has worked for Prizm Financial Group during the summer for the past two years as a Receptionist. She has recently graduated from Rancho Cucamonga High School and is currently enrolled in Riverside City College. She will be working part-time while attending school. She is wonderful and of course my beautiful daughter. I know she will become a real asset as she learns the business.
